Under the guidance of expert tutors you will learn step by step how to create one with your own hands

During the course we will create the subject together as in the photo, learning and assimilating the techniques that will allow you to create similar characters. At the end of the lesson, you will take the completed project with you.

During this course, you will learn all the basic and advanced sugar paste modeling techniques, from preparation to final decoration.

To ensure an optimal learning experience, the course is limited to a limited number of participants. This means you will have plenty of time to interact with us and receive the one-to-one assistance you deserve throughout your course.

You will be provided with all the necessary materials and indications for the correct use of the tools and equipment. All models are handmade without the use of moulds.

Whether you’re an expert cake designer looking to perfect your technique or an enthusiast looking to learn something new, this course will be a great opportunity to take your skills to the next level.

Aurora Bonafede

Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, Aurora has gained extensive experience in the world of cake design, becoming a renowned artist in creating wonderful masterpieces in sugar paste. His passion for this art and his ability to teach made his course a unique experience for students.

Cristina Bonafede

After completing her studies in Interior and Technical Web Design, Cristina dedicated herself to the art of cake design. With her excellent teaching skills and attention to detail, Cristina makes the course an unforgettable experience for all students.

Is there a maximum number of course participants?

Yes, the course is limited to ensure an optimal learning experience.

How long is the course?

The course lasts approximately 8 hours in total, divided into two sessions with a break for breakfast and a break for lunch. Please note that it is possible for the class to run later than the scheduled end time.

What are the requirements to participate in the course?

No previous experience or special skills are required. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to more experienced cake designers.

What is provided during the course?

During the course, we will provide all the necessary tools and materials, including the sugar paste. What you need to bring is your enthusiasm and your desire to learn!

Is there a certification at the end of the course?

Yes, at the end of the course a certificate of participation will be issued to demonstrate your ability in modeling in sugar paste.
